The room mates and I are searching for a residence to lease. We have survived with each other for a couple of years but need to move right away. We looked at a very nice location recently but we have been advised that each of our credit scores are not very good enough to rent the property . The realtor offered to personally change out credit ratings to be able to rent the property . I really feel like this is going to get me into some trouble in the long term. return to bite me?
